+ ONLY nominated characters and fandoms will be available to choose from for sign ups (offers and requests)
+ *To figure out if your fandom is large or if your character in a large fandom is eligible, peruse discussion here and here. Just because a fandom or character is not listed does not mean you cannot request it.

+ Each nomination will be individually approved and placed on the master list of nominated fandoms/characters. Once approved, nominations may not be edited, so choose carefully.
